Just reload them on there. If you have ever backed up your iPhone, you can just sync it again from the last backup. If you haven't backed it up, then just connect to iTunes and re-download and transfer everything again.

This will permanently transfer up to six Pokémon per day from the GameBoy Advance game to the Nintendo DS game. Yes, permanently; there is no way to get them back to the GameBoy Advance game. And unfortunately, this is the only way to transfer Pokémon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, and Leaf Green to any DS game.

Yes. Sign in to Game Center on the "original phone". At some points within the game, it will be saved. In your "new" phone, install Tiny Tower, run it, and when prompted, login to Game Center. It should ask if you want to Restore from the saved game.

If you put someone else's game into your gameboy the saved game will be the other person's because the game is saved onto the game card, not the game system itself.
