the answer is yes because you can use it to put raw meat on it or you can use it to put on meat that is already grilled on it , so basically what I'm saying is that yes you can use a jelly roll pan for grilling

∙ 10y agoyes, If the box directions use a 9 x 13, then a jelly roll pan which is 10 x 15 x 1" will use one box and the brownies will be thinner. They only need to bake at 350 and test after 15/ 20 minutes. I also rarely use box brownies. I use a 12 x 17 and make a single recipe of Texas cake. IMO, serves like a brownie, much better than a brownie and much cheaper than brownies and feeds a crowd. Men and kids love them and at potlucks, the pan always comes home empty.
