Yes. iTunes can recognize multiple digital devices at the same time. If you connect a combination of two or more iPhones or iPods they will each show up as separate devices in the left-hand column of iTunes. And yes, they will be managed individually. It would be a wise idea to make sure each device was connected directly to a USB 2.0 port, and not through any kind of hub.
