That depends on which medication it is and which type(s) of worms you're trying to get rid of. Best to call your Vet and ask his/her advice before giving your dog ANY medication. The action of medicines and other substances can be very different from one species to another.

∙ 12y agoI highly recomend you don't. That's kind of dumb, its made for cats, not dogs. There bodys work differently. That's why theres no universal dewormer.
