I guess it would, but it would be a poor choice. Vegetable oil can be irritating to the vagina. A much better choice would be a lubricant that does not contain a petroleum byproduct....like astroglide and Kroger brand K-Y jelly. If you want a natural plant based lubricant use something like Liquid Goddess that uses raw, micro-filtered extracts, not cooking oil!
