No. As of this writing (January 2011). the HDMI out feature of the EVO is still extremely limited.
You can use the following applications:
Veoh
Rockplayer (Certain releases worked, some don't. May not be viewable\
Sprint tv App
TV.com (CBS's version of Hulu)
Another option is to convert video files that you have to an mp4 conversion with 30FPS (the most the EVO can handle. More will work, but it's a waste of space obviously since it cannot be displayed). Save this in the gallery, and you'll be able to view them through HDMI through EVO's native player.
There is currently no application to mirror the screen through HDMI, as is possible with the Droid X thanks the to RealHDMI application. Rumors have been flying around for months that some developer is close to cracking the EVO HDMI mystery, but nothing is yet available.
HTC EVO has an android system, while Iphones have Ios systems.
The phone must have a Mini-HDMI output, or have a converter to this output. The HTC Evo 4G and the Apple iPhone 4 can do this.
Personally i prefer the HTC evo
The htc evo is the best phone ive ever had so the evo is good.
HTC EVo
I would buy the HTC Evo 3D, rather than the HTC Rhyme.
It's currently out in stores and has been for a while.
AT&T does not offer the Evo. The Evo is only offered at Sprint. However, AT&T has several HTC phones similar to the Evo.
Yes, the HTC Evo Slide has a full slide-out keyboard.
The HTC Incredible and HTC Evo 4g do NOT have SIM card slots.
No, the dimensions of the Evo 4G is different from any of the HTC One series.
The simple answer is no. There's multiple iterations of the HTC One and Evo, but none of them are a match in dimensions.
