I wouldn't. This is a steroid. It has applications in nasal inflammation and closed skin inflammation, but steroids in open cuts isn't all that beneficial. For most small cuts I prefer a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and beta-dyne scrub, then water rinse, dry and bandage.

When you pluck you armpits, it leaves very small cuts you can't see and when they heal, they become dark. So after you pluck, use rubbing alcohol.
