It mostly scares them for a short while. When i use a Video Camera with 'Flash always on' she just squints and looks away.
TinyChat uses Flash so if you have a WIndow appear you need to right click on the TinyChat window and select Settings from the menu. Click on the camera icon at the bottom of the Settings window and select the Allow button to let TinyChat use your camera. If you are not getting anything you will need to install the Flash player (See links below).
Many regular flashlights use argon in the light bulbs. For camera flashes, many use xenon.
Generally, yes, there are capacitors in a flash unit for a camera. The flash needs a lot of energy "right now" in order to work properly. And at suffiencient voltage to cause the flash tube to flash, too. Let's look at some particulars. Jump with me. Any battery stores energy and delivers it (when it is not damaged or run down), but the battery only has a limited ability to supply a large amount of current. In fact, most all batteries in flash units (either the ones built into the camera or the independent ones you by and plug into your camera) don't have the ability (or the output voltage!) to deliver what the flash needs to work properly. That big shot of current, and at a high enough voltage to ionize the gases within the flash tube, can't be delivered by battery. That's why the flash unit will, when turned on, take a steady amount of current from the battery, put it through a "chopper" or voltage multiplier to step it up to a sufficient level, and pour it into a capacitor to store it in preparation for discharge through the flash tube to create the flash. This also explains the few seconds needed in recovery time before you can use the flash again.
I believe its episode Star Mitzvah (Season 10, episode 6)
Only if you do NOT use a flash on your camera. Lights disturb the turtles.
When wanting a quality image from a camera, professional photographers often use a flash bracket. The bracket has a flash that is not built directly in the camera and it keeps the images from having the red-eye effect.
Well if your phone doesn't have a flash light on it, then u can't use a flash, but if it does, in the camera mode, go to options and select camera settings and the flash settings should be there
Yes. Most modern cameras use a xenon arc flash lamp.
Old cameras used to use flash bulbs. The storm was over in a flash. A flash of lightning scared the children.
