Cowboy boots would look stylish with a dress but, not a long dress......a knee height would look ok......but a little shorter would be perfect!!!!!!
of course you can! but it depends on what kind of boots and what your dress looks like (style, colour, length,etc.) try not to wear casual boots..
whatever you feel most comfortable in. most people wear long. but shorts prom dresses are the new trend. so wear whatever length!
