Let's face it, if you can sue because you eat fast food and it made you fat or for spilling hot coffee in your lap this is not that far of a stretch.

There are many issues: which one does your doctor take, the hospital take, the lab take, etc. Which one has a big dedu…ctible, which one has a maximum lifetime payout, which one will you lose if you keep generating charges? My best suggestion is take all the cards out at the doctor's office and ask...they will probably know better than you and can get information off the internet which will help such as: how much of your deductible have you burned through? Answer . If I understand the question correctly the answer is yes. An employer can have a Health Reimbursement Arrangement as the mechanism to pay for employees health care…. In those plan documents the employer can specify what they will reimburse for (ie insurance premiums, Rx, dnetal etc). If the plan is established such that they only pay for insurance premiums then they are generally under no obligation to pay for out-of-pocket expenses for an employee that has no insurance.. That said, they can not discriminate within the terms of the plan. If the plan says they will reimburse for XXX then they must do that for all employees.
