Carthage and Rome?

Answer:
Carthage was a city, and lost Sicily to the Romans. They then decided to live in peace, and organized it with Rome. Rome agreed, and left Carthage alone. But after a while, Carthage started to mess around, and Rome thought they were going too far. So Rome burned Carthage down, only to rebuild it and return prosperity to the land.
