Cassius said the fault dear Brutus is not in your stars but in ourselves that you are underlings What does he mean by this?

Answer:
the answer is perfectly fine, actually i have to give a speech on this topic for 10 minutes and want some material

He meant that the reason they are underlings (not in a high position) is not because of their astrological charts, but is their own fault. Ancient Romans were deeply into astrology.

REASON 2

Though they believed highly in astrology, what Cassius is trying to say is that bot men were born free, so why would they suddenly have to bow to another man. Caesar is only above them due to oppurtunities he received growning. Even if Brutus would have been a better choice as a ruler, "the stars" basically chose Caesar by giving him a better life. Fate is not what drives men to their decisions, but rather the human condition.
