I would suspect something along the lines of a PVC valve that is causing oil to be in the intake. The PVC valve equalizes pressure inside the engine, otherwise as the pistons move down there would be compressed air inside the engine. The PVC valve is a check valve, it only allows air to flow one way. If it were clogged with trash and stays open then oil could get to the intake.
