Cause of overpopulation

Religion is the main cause of overpopulation. Religion causes people to be pro-life, anti-abortion, and unreasonably against killing. Religious ideology affects the whole planet on a large scale.

Missionaries and Religious people preach in third world, and non third world countries, and teach pro-life and anti-abortion dogma. As a result, millions of people die a slow, painful, torturous death from starvation every year.

If there wasn't so many people, we wouldn't need to be drilling for oil so far out and so deep in the ocean, and we wouldn't need to suck every last drop of oil out of our planet, and destabilize the internal integrity of our planet, and the BP disaster never would have occurred! There will be many more disasters from drilling for oil and gas, directly and indirectly, in the future.

Without Religion, the earths population would be much much less, regardless of abundance of resources.

Abundance of resources is also a reason. This generally causes a species to grow in numbers. It is innate for species to carry on while there are resources available.

But you must differentiate between species. Insects, fish, birds and animals don't have advanced thinking or Religious beliefs.

Example: there is only enough food for 5 people. our population consuming that food is numbered at 4. Innately we populate 1 or more, but our population is contained at 5.

How is overpopulation contained and controlled at 5? A lot of people will have to die or be killed when we reach 5. Humans aren't going to stop reproducing on their own. Look at China. They have to have strict laws to reduce population. In the future the United States will have as many people, or more, than China has now, and China's population will be astronomical! In the future the population on our planet will be utterly catastrophic if we continue on the path we're on now! We will need much stricter laws than China has now, in the future, because overpopulation is getting worse every day. In the future we will have to have forced abortion, forced sterilization, limits on family size, one or two kids per couple, etc. We should start taking preventative measures now or adults will be killing each other for resources when the population doubles, triples, quadruples, etc, or whenever we reach 5, which is the limit that our finite planet can support.

But what good will our resources be if we pollute and ruin everything first, because of overpopulation?!

We are rapidly using up all of our resources on the planet and polluting the whole planet at the same time, a double edged sword, because of overpopulation, mainly caused by primitive Religious beliefs.

The human situation is much much different now, than it was years ago on the planet. We must do much much different things, now, and in the future to survive as a species.

We must implement strict laws and measures NOW to control the population. Religion stops us from doing this. If we want to survive as a species on this planet we must make drastic changes in our thinking and our actions, soon, and we must do away with old fashioned and outdated Religious beliefs or we could all die much sooner than you think!

There's an old saying- "If you walk two steps ahead of a man, he can see you. But if you walk two thousand steps ahead of him, he can't see you". I'm afraid that most people who read the above won't be able to grab on to it and see it because it's beyond their mental capacity. But for those of you that can expand your mind, and understand the above, and really look ahead, lets do something to help our species survive!.... Oh, and buckle your seatbelt, we're in for a bumpy ride!

Decline in the Death Rate- man has found cures for a number of diseases

Lack of education- they are ignorant of the ways to control population. lack of family planning is commonly seen in the illiterate lot of the world
