Changed spark plugs on 2002 ford escape 6 cyl and put in a lifetime air filter. Started the vheicle and now check engine light on and runs very rough.?

Check to make sure you got the plug wires back in the right place. Make sure you have the right plugs, and that you didn't break or crack any of them while installing. It is also possible that one of the new plugs is bad, but unlikely.
