You can only get tiara's if you get the gem of a friend bears.
Try bearvilleinsider.com. Most of the codes work, but some of them don't. i know the cheerleader move, megaphone, pom-poms, and baker's apron codes work. I'm not sure about the others.
I don't know any help with the codes
You have to buy a bear or get it from a trade.
I don't think there is a way; but if you can figure it out please let me know.
