Chicken egg viability if refridgerated?

Poor to zero. Chicken eggs, like so many other eggs, mature best at temperatures higher than ambient. This is why chicken's sit on them.

While refrigeration works moderately well for zygotes, once they're into the embryonic phase you need specific conditions that are typically warm.
