You should have fought for sole custody of your children from the beginning. If the mother of the children has had visitation rights and is a fit mother, yes, she can fight you for the rights of partial custody. If she has never taken an interest in the children and never paid a cent towards the upbringing of these children and is an unfit mother then I suggest you seek legal counsel and get sole custody of your children. By doing this you can leave your children with your mother and continue on with the military with peace of mind. I do believe you have legal counsel in the military service too, so why not give it a shot!
Not necessarily. The main objective of the court is what is in the best interest of the child/children. The judge will look at the overall situation, where the child now resides, if it is a stable and nuturing environment, is the child enrolled in school, are there other family members close by, and so on. No judge will remove a child from a caring, secure environment simply because the noncustodial parent wishes it to happen.
Height can be a dependent variable. This is because the adult height of an individual can be markedly affected by environmental and physical variables.
There are good children trainers because a demand exists for physical training from an early age. Some trainers focus on childhood obesity and life skills. Teaching an appreciation for diet and physical activity starts early. Other trainers work with children who are already engaged in sports and need extra development. Trainers can assist children with confidence and self esteem issues through physical activity. Research trainers who have experience working with children before choosing.

No, because it's not a natural physical feature, instead it is a landmark.
We depend on the physical environment because we need it to do the things that we either have to do or we don't have to do but for the fun of it
They were dependant on the military because of their loss in the Civil War which makes them feel angry for power.

No moon, no tides. Ocean water is a physical feature on earth that is dependent on the moon because the moon's gravity pull causes ebb and flood.
Yes, but it would be a terrible mistake, because the military is NOT for everyone.
In children exposed to terrorism, the terrorism would be the independent variable because it is the cause of the post traumatic stress. The post traumatic stress would be the dependent variable because it would not have happened without the terrorism.
That is because children are so dependent upon and always at the mercy of the adults around them. Child abuse can and does go unnoticed for years.
UNFIT FOR MILITARY DUTY - Physically, Mentally or both.
Psychologically dependent. Once you get over the physical symptoms of withdrawal you are fine and you get over the addiction. But if you are psychologically dependent you need some serious counseling and its much harder to break a psychological dependence because we still don't fully understand the mind and how to overcome psychological dependence. In general, I would say anything psychological is more complicated than the physical.
In the US Military no children will be accepted. That is the bottom line. In Russia, some children and women took part in active combat but the US refrains from doing so because of the horrors that might result when a women or a child dies in combat.
