Could a pinching pain in your left breast mean you are pregnant?

Pinch pains could mean anything. The question is have you recently had sex? Did you use proper Birth Control? If the answers are yes and no than theres a big chance your pregnant. If you used proper birth control then you might want to explore other causes for your soreness.

Some people experience pain in one or both of their breasts when they are pregnant, it's true. However, some people also experience pain in one or both of their breasts when they have their 'period'. It does not mean anything in particular if this is the first time you have had the pain as it would necessarily happen every time you have your 'period'.
Also, if it is not you 'time of the month' it could still be due to 'period pains' as these pains can occur quite a while before or after your 'period'
Something that will give you more indication of where you are pregnant or not would be if you 'miss you period'.
It could also be something completely different...
I suggest taking a pregnancy test (or more than one to be sure) and see what the results are.
I would also suggest, if the pain continues, seeking medical advice.
