Could an 18-year-old take his pregnant 15-year-old girlfriend from California to a state that allows a pregnant minor to marry without parental consent and not be charged with a crime? |

Answer
No, not only would it be a criminal offense under state law it would also be a criminal offense under federal law.
It would also be kidnapping since the girl is still a resident of the state she was taken from until she has lived in the new state for some period (varied by state but I think 1 -2 years usually)
