I've been pregnant 3 times, and never experienced this symptom (nor have any of my child-bearing friends). However, I used to teach a program about HIV/AIDS awareness and other sexually transmitted diseases. While a burning abdomen was not a symptom, burning when you pee was. Really the best thing for you to do here is see your ob/gyn or primary care doctor.
