The labia and vaginal area can change in color during pregnancy because of all the increased blood flow and sensitivity I forget the exact term for this sorry I can't be of more help if you think that you are pregnant do not solely go on your "symptoms" since these things can be caused by many other things as well take an at home test or make an appointment with your doctor.
