I often had a lot of hip-joint pain during pregnancy. The midwife told me that the hormones that are normal in pregnancy tend to make soft tissues softer to make everything "loose" to prepare for the baby's exit. I know it's not a scientific explanation, but maybe it reassures you that all is normal.
Hello. It's unlikely unless your in the second trimester of your pregnancy. You may of sprained your hip or thigh and have referred pain from that area. But if you suspect pregnancy - see your doctor for a blood test. You can also get pain in your hips from a back injury.

Pain in the ovaries is not a symptom of pregnancy. There is no reason for your ovaries to hurt, except maybe in later pregnancy when the baby is taking up a lot of nearby space.

Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters. The first trimester is from the first week to the 13th week. The second is from week 14 to 27. The third and final trimester is from week 28 to the end of your pregnancy (about 40 weeks)
Every pregnancy is different. Most women feel no different at all in the first week. Some have problems such as Kate Middleton.
In the FIRST week? Probably not. However, every woman reacts a little differently to pregnancy, and every pregnancy is different.
