Answer
Diet companies make billions of dollars off of people and there is no law to protect you from being sucked into most diet plans as long as they don't harm the person (but don't give results.) The only place I know of that really does a great job is "Weight Watchers" which is not actually a diet, but trainig a person to eat right! There are no quick remedies short of lyposuction. No, you can't lose 15 lbs. in 14 days. The average for a woman is 1 1/2 lbs. - 4 lbs. (depending on how fat the person is ... fat people will lose more quickly at the beginning) and 15 lbs. over-weight isn't going to make or break you. Start eating right, exercising and you can lose probably 5 - 6 lbs. in the time you provided. Meanwhile, save your money on these fad diets and start learning more about your body. Scientists are hitting their target on what actually makes some people over-weight. Go on the web and find out.
