Yes. This is quite common. The condition is called lymphadenopathy, and it means that you have swollen lymph nodes. The lumps could be anywhere on your neck, back or occasionally on your cheek. These are most commonly caused by stress and will generally go away by themselves in a few hours or a few days at worst. If they do not go away, however, then you should see your doctor, as lymphadenopathy can be a sign for a more serious condition such as lymphoma or leukaemia (cancer) or another lymphatic disorder, or part of a range of other serious conditions.

i really don't know, but i have it too, i think it may just be muscles poking out (cuz it happens when i flex) or something else... i hope it's not cancer... well u do get painless lumps on your body when u have leprosy
I have some in my thighs, under the skin. My doctor told me not to worry about them, they don't hurt, just annoying. I have done some research and they are probably lipomas, just fatty lumps. I'm not a doctor but it's my two cents.
Black lumps in the semen is probably not a good sign because it might be blood. This may be a sign that something is wrong and you should see a doctor immediately. Cause for blood in the semen could be linked to disease or recent trauma to the genitals. So, go see your doc and find out what is is.
