Could you tell me anything about a miniature portrait artist who signs their miniatures Ruby thankyou?

I have just purchased two miniatures of a Scottish girl signed Ruby. They were in a presentation case bearing the legend George Felix Standish Mackay from George Felix Standish Sinclair Sept 14th 1884. Sinclair was married to Margaret Sinclair in 1884 so perhaps these were commissioned to mark the wedding. The family were prominent Scottish aristocracy so presumably Ruby was quite fashionable and either working in Scotland or London. I would also be interested in any other information about the artist.
