Could your parents sponsor your illegal immigrant boyfriend and if so how?

Yes and no. If the parents have a high position in government or something like that, they can if some peole help sponsor the parents.Also if the illegal immigrant has existing family already in that country they can.
No because it costs loads if your just a common person.Also people might not sponsor.And if the illegal has bad history e.g criminal records,has stolen or attemted murder there is no way you can do that.The illegal will be sent back to it's country and could never return to that country you live in.

*illegal inmigrants cannot adjust their status inside USA, they got to go back to their countries and over there start the whole process, You need to ask to immigration lawyer about your options. Its no matter if your father is Obama, or Nancy pelossi... every body needs to go for the same path and follow the INS process. good luck!
