Answer:
I'm assuming this means what did Siddartha (Buddha) teach?
Four Noble Truths
1. Know that life is suffering (unsatisfactory is a better word though)
2. Find the cause of that suffering.
3. Know that this suffering can end.
4. Follow the Eight Fold Path to end the suffering.

Eight Fold Path
1. Right view. (See things simply as they are; do not assume or expect.)
2. Right intention. (Work with what is.)
3. Right Speech. ( Say what needs to be said, very simply in a genuine way.)
4. Right Discipline. (Give up the tendency to complicate things with unnecessary things.)
5. Right Livelihood. (Do what you love.)
6. Right Effort. (See things as they are and work with them. Do not bend things to your will.)
7. Right Mindfulness. (Precision and clarity.)
8. Right Concentration. (Be in the now.)
