Describe Lily in Lily's Crossing?

Miss Elizabeth Marry Mollahan known as lily is the main character of the novel Lily's Crossing.
She is a young girl and didn't had a love of her mother because she died when Lily was very young but still lily compensates her absence with a star because her mother was the last one to touch that spot.
throughout the novel Lily has been lying even she promised herself not to lie.
One of her great lie was going to jeopardize Albert.
She is caring because she rescued a cat with the help of her Friend Albert whom she named Paprika. She is also clever because her father was serving in the war as a engineer and lily didn't knew where he was so she soon realized that why her father is always advising her of reading 3 books which were of France and lily got it that her father was in France. Lily is a sweet little girl. She is twelve years old girl with short, blond hair. You can say that at times she could be a little stubborn.
