Of course not. I have added some links that explain where the Truthducker movement is wrong, enjoy them. The idea that Bush would destroy his name in history is ludicrous, especially after Bin Ladin and Al Qaeda both claimed the credit (debit?) for this mass murder. A lot of the Truthduckers are in fact anti-Semites who want the blame to go to Israel, the rest are just knee-jerk hatebushers who assume everything that goes wrong in the Universe is somehow his fault. He wasn't much of a President but deep down everyone knows, whether they will admit it or not, that he didn't really kill 3,000 people so he could go to war with Afghanistan for no other particular reason.

No one can say for certain what another person knows or knew in the past. U.S. Presidents, as well as Military leaders, are informed of "potential threats" and any possible scenarios that could happen. The possibility of hijackings, and even the threat of crashing hijacked planes has long been discussed as a potential type of attack, however there is no indication that former President George W. Bush, or any other U.S. Government official knew in advance about the Al-Qaeda terrorist plan to attack the World Trade Center Twin Towers, Pentagon, or any other target prior to learning about the attacks as they occurred on September 11, 2001. Any such allegations, or conspiracy theories are unfounded, unsubstantiated, unproven, and are most likely politically motivated.

There is no evidence that President Bush lied about knowing of the attacks, but misconstrued reports focus on his description of seeing the first plane hit the North Tower (meaning he saw the aftermath of the first plane hitting), and thinking that this was a bad pilot. Twisting the meaning of how people recount what happened that day is a waste of time, and proves nothing but the fact that people were shook up, and traumatized by the event. It is likely that in the following hours and days after the attack, President Bush was briefed on many facts, and viewed the videos repeatedly. It is not beyond reason to think he might forget which images he saw, and in what order on that day.

For years the Bush family has done business with the Bin-Laden family. If you dig into this you'll find that during Desert Storm ( which took place during seniors term in office) America trained who is current day Al-Quida to aid in the war. At the time they weren't enemies. Later on Senior uses his Nephew ( Governor of Florida ) to fix the presidential election of 2000 causing his son to win. Knowing that Suddam sat on one of the largest oil deposits known Bush causes the greatest diversion the world has ever seen. Using the trained Al-Quida to carry out the 9/11 attack Americas focus was turned towards them. Now Bush had the ability to reenter the Middle East, overthrow Suddam and move in on the oil. Where's Bin-Laden? Why did we go after Suddam? Did the Bush's orchestrate the biggest conspiracy of all time? You decide.

No, he was not. The man responsible for 9/11 was Osama bin Laden, a member of the bin Laden family and the founder of the Islamic extremist group al-Qaeda.
