Did Esai Morales get sued for Rape and Herpes?

Yes he was sued for Rape, Kicking and Beating his Ex-Girlfriend and giving her the gift of Herpes. Two other Women have come forward saying he did the same to them and the list of women "victims" keeps growing. His sister is TV Director Sylvia Morales who pushed him off to casting directors to line her pockets. They tried to keep that fact their "little secret" since he has been labeled "talentless" and "needs cue cards" and "amateur" as well as "lost in the woods."
