Those that don't learn from history, are doomed to repeat it.
History is not necessarily doomed to repeat itself, as human societies can learn from past mistakes and make conscious efforts to create positive change. However, there are patterns and tendencies in history that can reoccur if not actively addressed. It is up to individuals and societies to study history, understand the causes of past events, and take proactive measures to break negative cycles.
