I have seen the same diatribe that probably prompted this writer to ask this question...allegedly a speech by Meyer, allegedly delivered at Davos, but filled with errors in fact and assumptions outside mainstream thought. I suspect this will turn up on snopes.com eventually as another hoax...it's too obviously bad to have come from so authoritative a source as Meyer.
