It seems he does. He has been talking a lot about aids lately. In one of his recent myspace pictures he commented that 'he wanted to give the world aids'.

^ Hah wow. No, he does not have AIDS. He says a lot of things to bother/shock people.

I agree. No Manson doesnt have Aids. Although when he was younger he did catch lice down there one time and told his mother he got it from a tanning bed. He did get rid of it though. So NO Manson doesnt have aids.
