Well in a recent interview with Frank and Nicky; Frank and Nicky both confirmed that Frank had the better price as far cost goes. Frank was getting ki's for 4,000 a pop and Nicky was getting them for 35,000 at one point in time because Nicky went through the Mafia and Frank cut out the mafia (which was what made him so rich). But Nicky had dope in more boroughs (actually all 5). So based on the math.........Frank and Nicky agreed that Frank owned Harlem and he was on top but they didn't say by how much.
