A bill for healthcare reform has passed through the House of Representatives in a vote on March 21, 2010 and the bill now needs to get the final OK from the Senate in the US legislative process. It is expected to pass and be signed into law by President Obama.

Some parts of the Healthcare bill will go into effect right away and other parts will not go active for a few years.
