He has never ever had any cosmetic surgery. Everything you see is lots of makeup (to cover freckles and minor blotchy skin all over), tight corsets, hip huggers, crotch tucking panties, pantyhose and believe it or not....strings attached to medical tape to give a "temporary facelift" in which the tapes with strings are pulled to the back of the neck under the wig. This gives a look of a woman's face, arched cheekbones and eyes as well as a smaller neck. Genius, he's amazing.
