∙ 12y agoYes, in episode 188, "An Invitation to Terror! Usagi's Night Flight," in the Sailor Moon Sailor Stars season (the fifth and final season of the anime). Sailor Aluminum Seiren set a trap for Eternal Sailor Moon, having discovered her true identity as Usagi Tsukino, and invited her aboard a plane with the Three Lights and the members of the Three Lights Fan Club, which included the Inner Senshi.
While Seiren had no idea that the Three Lights were actually the Sailor Starlights, or that some of the Fan Club members aboard were actually the Sailor Senshi, it was made very clear once groups of people aboard the plane began disappearing and getting replaced with Sailor Senshi.
Sailor Moon not only found out the true identity of the Sailor Starlights in this episode, but Seiya's suspicion that Eternal Sailor Moon was Usagi (from episode 181) was confirmed, and the Inner Senshi also found out that the Three Lights were the Sailor Starlights.
Despite Seiren's discovery, she was unable to obtain a true Star Seed, and returned to Galaxia defeated. Sailor Galaxia then removed Seiren's bracelets, killing her before Seiren could reveal the Senshi's identity to Galaxia or any of the other Animamates.
