No. The BBC cancelled the series in the spring of 2011 after Elisabeth Sladen died. There are no plans for any movie based upon the series and without Sladen there likely never will be as fans would never allow the role of Sarah Jane Smith to be recast.

Well, the person who asked this filed it under the "Doctor Who" and "Sarah Jane Adventures" category, so I think it's one [or both] of those. And this is an opinion question - everyone's perspective and choices are different.
The Graske originally appeared in an interactive Doctor Who game with David Tennant on BBCi. He turned up again in series 1 of the Sarah Jane Adventures. Recently he appeared again with David Tennant in a special 'scene' during the BBC Proms.
BBC will air season 4 in autumn 2010. Episode 1 of season 3 was aired on October 15, so on that schedule Thursday, October 14 may see episode 1 of season 4.
