Satan like God is a spirit, and spirits don't have children (so Satan didn't marry nor have children), as Christ, even as a man, didn't marry.
Jesus was born to die, and He was not prophesied to have children.
As to Kartaba and the kids, that belief probably stems from Hinduism, or Islam, or maybe even Wicca, but not Christianity or anything of the sort.

But Zeus the king of the greek Gods had a wife uh cant rember her name but couldnt that mean that God must have a wife bring up to Satan having a wife since some say Satan is the oppiste to Satan
