Well, obviously he did. At minimum he must have had a father and a mother. In fact, we know that his father was a merchant, and that Zeno himself started off as a merchant. He doesn't appear to have ever married or had children, though.
His parents were Roman citizens living in Roman Britain, either Scotland or Wales. We do not know if he had any siblings. He was not married and had no children.
