I am not sure about phone as such because there is no official announcement available about it but around 2 weeks back balckberry official announced that users will be able to use android apps and games on Blackberry Playbook.

They are all compatible on most newer Blackberries, as long as the plug which plugs into the device is not too large. However they are not compatible on some models such as the Blackberry Bold. You'd be safer to ask your phone retailer, they would know more.
