Bankrupt, noone knows. They, however have ripped off several thousand clients for services not rendered. I cannot believe legal action has not been taken. They changed their payment schedule from quarterly to semi-annually. Shortly after the semi-annual payments were due, they were suddenly out of business. No notice, no communication, no nothing. Our company lost about $1,200. Larger companies lost much more.
