Not that I recall. It was well known by the U.S. administration of the time after 9 years of voluntary inspections and searches throughout Iraq that no such weapons of Mass Destruction existed in Iraq.

These inspections were conducted by the United Nations, led by The U.S and conducted jointly with more than a dozen United Nations member Nations.

All inspections and Searches over a 9 year period yielded the same results, No evidence of such weapons existed.
