Tube and pipe are both used for conveying liquids or gases under pressure. They differ in how they are sized and their rigidity. A conduit is mainly used to protect and route electrical wiring.

One of the main differences between tubes and pipes is that tubes can be flexible and come in different shapes such as square and rectangular, pipes are only straight. Another way they are different is the measuring system, pipes are measured their inside diameter, tubes are measured by their outside diameter.
