Boiler mountings are different fittings and devices which are necessary for the operation and safety of a boiler .e.g. pressure gauge, safety valves , steam stop valve etc Normally these device are mounted over boiler shell .Boiler Accessories are auxilary plants or parts required for steam boilers for their proper operation and to increase efficiency of the boiler .e.g.feed pumps, super heater , economiser etc
boiler mountings are used to run a boiler in a safe way
ex: safety valve,Water level indicators etc
boiler accessories are used to improve the efficiency of a boiler
ex: economiser,air preheater etc.
Boiler mounting
500 MW Boiler is sub-critical Boiler which generates steam at pressure lower than the critical pressure ie below 221.2 kg/sqcm. where as the 660 MW boiler is super critical boiler which operates steam pressure above critical pressure.
what is boiler
There is a wide variety of electric boiler ratings. This is because an electric boiler rating is based on the square foot area of the heating coils. The larger the system the more heating power will be needed.
A thermocouple is a device which generates an electrical charge when heated. It is often used on a boiler to indicate that the pilot light is on and hot, so it should be safe to allow gas to pass to the main burner for heating water, your house, etc. Should the pilot light go out, the thermocouple will sort of "tell" the boiler to shut off the gas, as it isn't safe to fire up. A thermostat is used as a switch, which goes on and off at a certain temperature. For example, in a boiler it will tell the boiler that the water in the circuit is plenty hot enough and that it doesn't need to be heated any more, in your house it will tell your central heating that the room is warm enough and doesn't need heating any more and in your car it would say that your engine is too hot and that the radiator valve should open, and perhaps the cooling fan should turn on.
I would look up your boiler specs or maybe contact that boiler brand and they would be able to help you because your question can be for many different situations.

A furnace heats air; a boiler heats water. --The HVAC Veteran
The Cornish Boiler only has one fire tube compared to the Lancashire Boiler's two.
Boiler is basically a pressure vessel in which this boiler aims to heat the surroundings which is a pressure vessel.
In boiler the feed is only liquid but in reboiler the feed may be any liquid. second is that, reboiler do partial vapourization but the boiler does complete vapourization
A burner is the part of the boiler that creates and controls the flame that heats the water. If you meant difference between a boiler and a furnace, a boiler makes hot water and a furnace makes hot air.
The difference between the two is that the Water tube boilers are safer and last much longer than the fire tube boiler. Their size is also larger and have a faster recovery time. However fire tube boilers have a low cost.
He = ASME = heating
They are just about the same

boiler are working on same principal but automatic and manual boiler has difference that manual boiler working at single element loop and automatic boiler work at three element loop.single loop means when fuel increase mean load increase on boiler by adjusting fuel operator has to adjust steam drum level manualy , while automatic means when load increas, fuel increase steam drum level adjust automaticaly by watching fuel consumption.
Water or steam? It makes a difference.
