Answer:
It's hard to think up Dis-advantages of grilling food outside since I just had an annual family Summer BBQ today. :P
But, some dis-advantages could be:
1. Your dog reaching up and stealing it from the grill.
2. Not noticing that the charcoal flavoring will make the meat taste horrible.
3. The flames catching your meat on fire when you went inside to get seasoning and burning it to a crisp.
4. Bad luck hits you and it starts raining on your BBQ.
This is all I can think of, hopefully someone smarter with more BBQ knowledge can help you. :) I have never had bad luck with grilling food so I don't have much info. to share. :) -MooMay17
5. it will have a smokey taste if u leave it to get burn.
6. it needs alot of attention so that it would not get burn up
