- Ummm, I think the answer to this question is incorrect somewhat because prepaid Visa/Mastercard's offer direct deposit so I think the person was wanting to know if you can get a payday loan with a prepaid card based on having direct deposit. If you have Netspend as the prepaid card type they don't. They stopped that about 4 years ago.
