Actually Classic Menu for Office 2007 changes the Excel 2007 ribbon slightly, and inserts a "Menus" tab besides Home tab. And go to this new "Menus" tab, we can get old toolbars and all drop down menus of Excel 2003.

Under Menus tab the Excel 2007 is shown in old classic veiw; while in other tabs, such as Home tab, you will go back to the Ribbon user interface. It's up to us to work in old classic view of Excel 2003 or Ribbon. BTW, you can get the Classic Menu for Office 2007 from addintools.com.
