Does Omni detox drink work?

I took the pills before and I don't think I did it right cause I failed, I smoked until the day before and i took the pills a few hrs before the test and went to the bath room like 4 times before. When are you suppose to take the drink like the night before or the morning of? This time I'm going to stop smoking longer.
